Born in Washington DC, Jorge Zeno then moved to Puerto Rico at age three and has remained there primarily. He studied at the National Center for the Arts in San Juan and in the early 1980s, worked in the Printmaking Workshop in New York. In Mexico, he worked with printmaker, Leo Acosta. He was awarded a prize at the IV Bienal de San Juan del Grabado Latinoamericano y del Caribe.
