Biography
Was born in Lisbon. In 1960 graduated in painting at the Fine Arts School of Lisbon. In 1975 she designed sceneries and costumes for a ballet about Florbela Espanca, for the Gulbenkian Ballet. In 1976 collaborated with the Gulbenkian Ballet in the choreography for the Requiem of Takemitsu. Prizes: “Anunciação” for Painting from the National Academy of Fine Arts. Prize “Lúpi” for Painting from the same Academy, Special Prize at the XIII and XIV at the Miró Prize. Solo exhibitions (selection) 1973 Ottolini Gal., Lisbon, 1976.Modern Art Gal., SNBA, Lisbon.
